Terms of Use and Digital Asset License

These terms govern access to DesignverseAi, its free and VIP content, downloadable files and related services. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

An account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or made available to another person.

Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription requirements, DesignverseAi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use downloaded assets in your own legitimate design, architectural, visualization and rendered-project work.

You may deliver rendered images, videos or completed design outputs to your clients, provided that the underlying source files, models, textures, archives or other downloadable assets are not supplied or made extractable.

You may not copy for redistribution, publish, upload, share, exchange, gift, rent, sublicense, sell or resell any source file or downloadable product obtained from DesignverseAi.

You may not place assets on marketplaces, file-sharing services, public or private download links, messaging groups, repositories or any other channel that gives third parties access to the underlying files.

Account sharing, bypassing access controls, automated scraping or bulk downloading, removing ownership notices, misrepresenting authorship, fraudulent payment activity and any unlawful use are prohibited.

Registration and a verified account may be required for downloads. Free membership permits access only to content identified as free. VIP content requires an active qualifying subscription.

Payment or subscription access does not transfer ownership of any asset or intellectual-property right. Access ends or changes automatically when the applicable subscription period expires, unless it is renewed.

If DesignverseAi reasonably identifies a material breach, suspected fraud, unauthorized redistribution or a threat to the platform or other users, it may restrict downloads, suspend or terminate the account, and cancel access to content. Where reasonably practicable, the user will be informed and given an opportunity to respond, except where urgent action is necessary.

Serious or repeated violations may be documented and referred for legal action. DesignverseAi reserves the right to seek available remedies, including injunctive relief, damages and recovery of permitted costs, under applicable law. Any refund consequence remains subject to mandatory law and any published refund policy.

DesignverseAi may update features, content, security controls or these terms. Material changes may require a new affirmative acceptance before continued use. The version accepted at registration is recorded for accountability.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the contact channels published on the website.
